Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is a Medicare-certified, 4.5 Star Rated agency that is seeking an experienced full-time Home Health Medical Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MSW or LICSW) for King and Pierce County, Washington! Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice as a Medical Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (MSW or LICSW) within Washington state (or before your first day of work).
- One to two years of appropriate experience as a social worker. Community/home health experience is preferred.
- Possesses and maintains current BLS certification.
